    1. My Favorite KPOP Groups: #10
KARA
KARA was one of the earlier kpop groups I came across when I was first becoming a KPOP addict. When I first saw the video for “Wanna” I was a bit skeptical, what with those high pitched vocals and Goo Hara’s bush baby eyes, but I soon became a huge fan. One booty dance to “Mr.” and you are instantly a Kamila. I immediatley fell in love with Nicole who is equal parts sexy kitten and shy cutie. I also love Gyuri (who i initially thought wasn’t asian) and her ice princess snob act and also Goo Hara who is a sexy goddess (Especially in “Lupin.”) What I love asbout this group is their uphill climb to the top. It wasnt over night (Cough Miss A cough) they struggled and worked hard for it. After an image change and a member rotation the girls hits it big with “Pretty Girl” and then knocked it out with the whimsical pop of “Honey”, their first #1. Since then they’ve consistantly released great hits, “Wanna”, “Mr,” “Lupin,” and “Jumping.”
Now the group is going through legal issues and their future is in jeopardy. I really hope they pull through this thing together and not end up like TVXQ. They are gorgeous girls, they dance well and are pretty much all equally talented vocally. This is one of the few groups without any weak members. The only problem i have with them is that they aren’t the most original group, but on the other hand that lends itself to their versatility. Personally I prefer my KARA sexy and fierce. Here is hoping to a long future together.
Favorite Member: Nicole
Key Tracks: “Mr,” “Lupin,” “Honey.”
